Grief Counselling is a form of psychotherapy that helps clients cope with grief and mourning following the death of loved ones, or with major life changes that trigger feelings of grief (e.g., divorce, or job loss). There are stages in Grief and Loss, often starting with shock, denial, anxiety, fear, and panic. That can lead to feelings of chaos and confusion, feeling out of control, irrational thoughts and feelings, despair, feeling helpless, difficulties sleeping and eating, etc.

Counselling and Psychotherapy can help you to bring order back into daily life while you continue to grieve. In time, these therapies can help you to attain stability, re-establish your life and regain enjoyment.
