Anger Management

Anger is a natural emotion and we can all experience it from time to time.  It can surface as a feeling of displeasure or resentment and is usually is a ‘healthy response’. Anger can sometimes be a ‘normal’ response to grief, loss, feeling sad, lonely, or frightened.

However, when anger turns into rage, it can impair judgement, and lead people, act irrationally, and to do and say things they regret.

Anger can often interfere with the quality of your life. Counselling and Body Psychotherapy is very effective in supporting clients to understand the cycles of anger, triggers, and put in place healthy responses.
